1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and jadiking ("Platform", "we", "jadiking"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the jadiking website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which can be read on the relevant page.

jadiking operates under a valid international licence. All our services — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack, sic bo and other games — are subject to this Agreement. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to this Agreement means you accept those changes.

2 Account Eligibility

Use of the jadiking platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the same time:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling.
• Registering on your own behalf only, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently serving a self-exclusion period requested through jadiking or any other gambling platform.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

3 Account Registration and Information

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account at jadiking. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a serious violation and may result in all such accounts being closed without notice.

Player Responsibilities

• Keeping the account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
• Notifying jadiking immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Updating personal information when changes occur, such as a new phone number or email address.

Identity Verification

jadiking reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain value. Failure to submit the documents within the specified period may result in the withdrawal being delayed or the account being suspended.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits into your jadiking account can be made through the payment methods listed below, with a minimum deposit of RM20 per transaction:

• FPX Online Banking (including major local banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jadiking account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

Verification Process

For first-time withdrawal requests or those exceeding a certain value, jadiking reserves the right to require full identity verification before funds are released. This process forms part of the international compliance measures we follow.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jadiking offers various bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be completed is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the wagering requirements.
• jadiking reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained fraudulently or through system loopholes.
• Bonuses from multiple promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated by jadiking.

7 Game Rules

All games on the jadiking platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), sic bo, sports betting and esports — operate according to their respective game rules available within the game interface.

• Game outcomes produced by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Live casino outcomes handled by a real dealer are also final once the round ends.
• Technical issues such as internet connection disruptions or sudden application closure do not void bets that have already been placed.
• jadiking reserves the right to cancel a round or bet affected by a technical error on the platform's side, with funds returned to the player.

Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be reported to customer support within 72 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after that period will not be considered.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jadiking platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any accumulated balance:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting loopholes, bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Credit card fraud, unauthorised payment chargebacks or any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to access another player's account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass regional restrictions or the identity verification process.
• Collusion or strategy sharing between players to manipulate game outcomes.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

jadiking reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Account closure request initiated by the player.
• Legal ruling or directive from a relevant authority.

Balance Upon Closure

If an account is closed at the player's request and there is no breach of terms, the real-money balance (excluding bonus value that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jadiking is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical issues or internet connection disruptions.
• Data corruption, loss of information, or unauthorised access that is beyond our reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, including game providers.

Players are fully responsible for their own gambling decisions. jadiking provides the platform and services; the decision to place a bet is entirely personal.

11 Amendments to These Terms

jadiking reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated through:

• Announcements on the jadiking website homepage.
• Email notifications to the address registered to the player's account.
• Notices in the player's account dashboard.

Changes that take effect will be stated with an updated date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
